To cancel please contact us 7 days in advance. Please note that your deposit will not be refunded if you don’t cancel within 7 days of your booking date. Please contact us with any questions.

There are no travel fees for event within the GTA or Durham region but  a  travel fee will apply for events outside of these arears. Travel fees are calculated according to distance from our location in Ajax, Ontario 

Yes, There are no events to small for us. We cater to all special events.

Yes! we only ask to have a dedicatd space for our booths that will need protection from sunlight or changing climate to ensure the best quality photos and videos.

Depending on location and layout of venue, it should take about 45-60 minutes. This time is NOT included in the time you book. You will recieve the FULL  amount of time you booked for. 

Bookings are taken well in advance, therefore to secure your date we would advise you to book as soon as your event is confirmed. Keep in mind we are very busy during peak season and weekends. We will always try to accommodate last minute bookings depending on availability.

They are incredibly fun and entertaining for your guest to use and they create amazing memories of your special event. As soon as your guests see learn that there is a 360 video booth or a digital photobooth at your event, there is no stopping the fun. The possibilities are endless and everyone will remember your party because of it.

Our 360 Video Booth is a full 100cm circle. We require a mininum of 8ft by 8ft space to set up nicely bearing in mind we will have a red carpet set up to add glamour to your event..
